Description

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team to drive the development of an AI enterprise search platform.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and technical specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into data flow diagrams and technical requirements for engineering implementation.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate that features meet business requirements and user experience standards.
• Lead organizational change management by creating training materials and conducting sessions to ensure platform adoption.
• Analyze platform usage data to identify improvement areas and measure feature effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation and technical translation.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Change Management principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, or enterprise search platforms.
