You will bridge business stakeholders and engineering to drive the development of an AI enterprise search platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into data flow diagrams and technical specifications for engineering implementation.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate features against business and UX standards.
• Lead organizational change management by creating training materials and conducting adoption sessions.
• Analyze platform usage data to identify improvement areas and measure feature effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Change Management principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, or enterprise search platforms.
