Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of product requirements to drive feature development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and product requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Support product managers in roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
