Description

Analyze business requirements, design UI, and define data fetching logic for CICS and IMS systems while coordinating with development and UX teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing CICS screen flows and map IMS database elements to business needs.
• Design user interfaces by coordinating with the UX team based on business requirements.
• Analyze Postgres databases to determine data display requirements and define fetching logic.
• Create Jira stories, define acceptance criteria, and verify test results with the development team.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and track action items to ensure closure aligned with Product Owner goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in a related analytical or technical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience documenting and presenting requirements using Excel.
• Familiarity with Jira for story creation and tracking.
• Experience analyzing business processes and translating needs into UI designs.
• Ability to track tasks across multiple, concurrent initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of mainframe CICS systems.
