Description

You will translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements and support the product lifecycle within the Loss Prevention team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Determine detailed requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations.
• Articulate context for requirements and solutions to build consensus among stakeholder groups.
• Support the product team in achieving iteration goals and objectives.
• Ensure the functional integrity of the product and solution.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to drive conversations with cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience articulating technical context to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years of experience with SAFe framework or Agile delivery methods.
• Knowledge of Loss Prevention software such as Genetec or Appriss.
• Experience working with vendors, third-party solutions, or within a retail environment.
