You define product requirements, manage the backlog, and ensure technical rigor in story validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create user stories with testable, actionable acceptance criteria and delivery estimates.
• Collaborate with development teams to specify, validate, and prioritize user stories.
• Define testing data, scenario coverage, edge cases, and non-functional requirements.
• Document systems, write SOPs, and produce training guides for team alignment.
• Track defects, manage resolution, and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product ownership.
• Strong ability to compare systems and document technical specifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Backlogs, and User Stories.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools: Jenkins, Gradle, and Git.
• Ability to define comprehensive testing scenarios and manage defect lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IT risk management principles and best practices.
• Manual testing experience.
• Pharmacy domain knowledge.
