Description

You will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for CRM-based services, from ideation through release and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer research including contextual inquiry, journey mapping, and moderated user testing.
• Write epics, features, and user stories in Azure DevOps with detailed Acceptance Criteria and Conditions of Satisfaction.
• Document and resolve business and non-functional requirements while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and guide business partners through User Acceptance Testing.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on interactive prototypes and track post-release benefit realization benchmarks.

Required Skills

• Minimum three years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including entities, tables, and workflow triggers.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for user story and backlog management.
• Ability to manage multiple service designs simultaneously.
• Strong English fluency with exceptional writing and public speaking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation from ideation to rollout.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Consultant or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments and organizational change management.
