Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product features and functionality to end users.
• Analyze and resolve product-specific queries using MySQL.
• Engage with the development team to manage the progress of support cases.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a product support role.
• Proficiency with MySQL for query resolution.
• Experience with Java.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
