Responsibilities

• Extract actionable insights from various data sources using statistical techniques and visualization.
• Monitor key product metrics and evaluate performance against established goals and benchmarks.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve usability through user research and testing.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in a Product Analyst or data analysis role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and statistical techniques.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to perform market research and product analysis.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Ability to gather requirements and document product specifications.
• Skill in A/B testing and product performance evaluation.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience enhancement.
