POSITION OVERVIEW

The EDE: ELN Signals Product Analyst will support the implementation and optimization of electronic laboratory notebook workflows within GxP-regulated life sciences environments. This role bridges the gap between scientific processes and IT execution, ensuring scientific data integrity and compliance across digital platforms.

 

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate scientific research processes into actionable technical requirements for electronic laboratory notebook systems (e.g., Revvity Signals).
  • Execute end-to-end SDLC activities, supporting both Agile and Waterfall release management using Jira, Confluence, and designated testing tools.
  • Ensure strict compliance with GxP regulations and internal IT quality standards throughout all system lifecycle phases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, lab end-users, and technical engineering teams to refine business drivers and operational deliverables.
  • Partner with downstream reporting and analytics teams to support scientific data governance and structured data integration.
  • Drive validation testing, requirement traceability, and user testing scripts for platform updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS (must reflect in the resume)

  • GxP Compliance & Regulations (3+ years)
  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Lab Notebooks (Revvity Signals preferred) (3+ years)
  • SDLC Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) utilizing Jira & Confluence (3+ years)

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

  • End-to-end scientific workflow implementation in e-notebooks or lab systems
  • Knowledge of data governance and FAIR data principles
  • Downstream dashboard, analytics, and reporting integration experience
  • Biotechnology / Life Sciences domain experience

CANDIDATE PROFILE

An experienced Business/Product Analyst with strong domain experience in Life Sciences and GxP compliance. The ideal candidate possesses deep hands-on expertise with Electronic Lab Notebooks (specifically Revvity Signals) and can smoothly navigate complex software development lifecycles alongside cross-functional technical and scientific teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering and business process mapping for laboratory digital tools.
  • Drive GxP compliance and system validation throughout software delivery lifecycles.
  • Author user stories, operational test cases, and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence.
  • Partner with reporting and analytics teams to support lab data governance and downstream integrations
