Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product stories and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and vet business requirements, including incident and enhancement requests.
• Create, manage, and release stories in Jira for production and ITE environments.
• Execute user story acceptance tests and perform QA testing to ensure solution quality.
• Facilitate negotiations between business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve problems.
• Monitor development to ensure maintenance standards are met before product increment releases.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an IT analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with QA testing and gathering business requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities through strong analytical and facilitation skills.
• Experience working within an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills for building partnerships with key stakeholders.
