Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to drive product delivery and process design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and technical capabilities into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Interface with business personnel and engineering teams to define current and future processes.
• Collaborate with UX designers to develop concept prototypes and mockups that drive development.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and sprints.
• Identify stakeholder needs and convert them into functional product capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product analysis or related roles.
• Expertise in writing user stories for Agile product delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and work management tools.
• Experience with UX patterns for Web and Mobile channels.
• Solid process design and analytical skills.
• Ability to gather complex project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
