Drive product delivery from inception through production while managing requirements, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize stakeholder requirements into prioritized user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Drive product delivery from inception until the solution enters production.
• Partner with internal analytics teams to build next-generation reporting infrastructure and self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to define technology infrastructure and data architecture.
• Participate in all Scrum activities including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst managing cross-functional business systems initiatives.
• Mandatory experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL querying and working with databases.
• Experience developing credit data marts and related technology infrastructure for reporting and analytics.
• Background in data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), data architecture, or data integration.
• Knowledge of financial services systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline like Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Tableau visualization tools.
