Description

You will manage software systems for commercial underwriting and loan origination, supporting the product lifecycle from development to pricing. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Legal stakeholders to address customer needs and improve financial spreading and onboarding workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain software systems used for commercial underwriting and loan origination.
• Support the product lifecycle, including development, positioning, and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Services, Engineering, Strategy, Implementations, Marketing, Legal) to achieve product vision.
• Analyze customer pain points to enhance financial spreading and onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience working on a customer-facing product.
• Deep understanding of commercial loan origination processes.
• Practical knowledge of financial spreading.
• Experience as a Software Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with CreditQuest, nCino, FIS, or Agrigo/Sageworks.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured financial source documents.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent practical technical expertise.
