Description

Manage the full lifecycle of product requirements and user stories in an agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and vet business requirements to develop actionable user stories.
• Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira for production and ITE releases.
• Execute user story acceptance tests and conduct QA testing before releases.
• Manage incidents, enhancement requests, and support investigation.
• Facilitate negotiations between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in product analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or commerce.
• Proficiency in Jira for story management and tracking.
• Hands-on experience with QA testing and documentation.
• Direct experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and monitor development standards.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to facilitate discussions with stakeholders and technical teams.
