Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to provide insights for improving product user experience.
• Perform research to identify new opportunities to improve overall performance metrics.
• Define and monitor digital product performance as the analytics expert within the product organization.
• Analyze customer feedback and support data to improve usability, feature adoption, and user satisfaction.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that enable product and design teams to act on insights.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in product data analysis or a related area.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Mobile SDK.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of the product life cycle, including development, launch, and retirement.
• Ability to analyze commercial opportunities and translate them into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
