Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder objectives.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements and design effective technical solutions.
• Monitor product performance and market trends to provide data-driven strategic insights.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis within an enterprise environment.
• Deep domain expertise in Treasury and Payments.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and release planning.
• Ability to create impactful business presentations for stakeholders.
• Experience conducting customer feedback sessions and market trend analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
