Lead data analytics efforts to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of data analysts to ensure data accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to define requirements and identify customer insights.
• Develop and implement a reporting framework that supports organizational goals.
• Evaluate and integrate appropriate reporting and analytics tools for team utilization.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying.
• Expertise in data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proven experience with data management, including cleaning and transformation processes.
• Experience leading teams of analysts and managing reporting lifecycles.
• Ability to examine datasets to extract significant customer insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Health Care industry.
