You will support customer-facing products by bridging the gap between product strategy and content execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and Machine Learning teams to define product requirements and shape direction through user feedback.
• Build and maintain high-quality content, including presentations, learning assets, and ML-powered exercises.
• Curate professional presentations that demonstrate management consulting expertise.
• Develop performance dashboards to translate data and customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly through written and visual storytelling.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Associate in strategy or management consulting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to perform data wrangling using SQL, R, or Python.
• Strong storytelling and slide-making capabilities.
• A disciplined approach to detail and an interest in visual design.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Industry experience in healthcare or high-tech.
