Description

Define and implement enterprise BI, analytics, and data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and semantic models using Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Lead Power BI architecture, governance, security, and performance tuning for self-service analytics.
• Develop cloud-native data platforms including Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Medallion Architecture solutions.
• Drive DataOps, DevOps, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver KPI-driven dashboards and modernize enterprise reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, and SQL.
• Proven experience designing scalable cloud-based data platforms.
• Implementation of DataOps/DevOps practices and CI/CD automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise data warehousing and analytics architectures.
• Background in mentoring development teams and promoting best practices.
