Description

Define strategic planning and product roadmaps for Child Welfare Products using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap to sequence releases and align with strategic goals.
• Create and manage Agile business artifacts in Azure DevOps, including product definitions and strategic plans.
• Lead the Business Analyst team to ensure Initiatives, Epics, Features, and stories are accurately entered into ADO.
• Collaborate with technology architects and UX designers to define technology roadmaps and user experience standards.
• Define PI planning approaches for the product backlog and manage cost and budgetary requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product or business architecture.
• Deep experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing business artifacts.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Ability to translate business strategy and outcomes into technical product visions.
• Experience leading teams of Business Analysts.
• Ability to work at the intersection of business, design, and technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CCWIS guidelines and child welfare systems.
