Job Responsibilities include:

Define and evolve end-to-end domain architecture for Sales and Marketing platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and standards.

Design scalable, cloud-native solutions using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures for high-volume systems.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective architectural solutions.

Establish architectural principles, governance standards, and reusable patterns to improve system consistency and efficiency.

Evaluate new technologies and drive technical roadmaps while balancing innovation, cost, and long-term maintainability.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding teams on design decisions, trade-offs, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).

12+ years of IT experience, including architecture, design, development, and support, with 4+ years in telecommunications/MSO domain.

Strong expertise in designing and evolving large-scale, cloud-native, distributed systems using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture.

Proven experience in domain/solution architecture for Sales and Marketing or BSS systems, with the ability to align technical solutions to business strategy and drive architectural governance
