Lead technical direction and architecture across product roadmaps.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, resilient systems focused on availability, security, and observability.
• Mentor engineering teams on software development and architectural best practices.
• Develop POCs to validate technical ideas and drive innovation.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to align technical decisions with business strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architectural roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• Expertise in Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with Azure, specifically AKS.
• Proficiency with React.
• Practical knowledge of Kafka and event-driven patterns.
• Deep understanding of eventual consistency in distributed systems.
• Experience managing high-scale systems (e.g., 10K concurrent users, 2M+ records).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the STRIDE framework for Security by Design.
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
