You define the technical direction for product families and guide architectural implementation.

Responsibilities

• Represent product families in technical governance bodies and contribute to architectural standards.
• Provide architectural documentation for single and multi-application designs.
• Guide the evaluation and adoption of new technologies using established frameworks.
• Offer technical leadership to internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review or debug code written by others.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of applied experience in software architecture and technical processes.
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture and application design.
• Experience in the credit card domain.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices and Software Architecture principles.
• Formal training or certification in Engineering and Architecture concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PCI standards and security patterns like tokenization and encryption.
• Experience managing design priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts.
