Description

Define and deliver platform roadmaps, reusable services, and microservices architectures to support multi-team adoption and legacy modernization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define platform roadmap inputs using personas, value propositions, and measurable success metrics.
• Design reusable data services, workflow components, and API contracts to improve interoperability.
• Implement SOA and microservices architecture with clear domain boundaries and event-driven patterns.
• Translate regulatory and business needs into epics, stories, and executable delivery plans.
• Modernize legacy workflows into configuration-driven experiences and apply CI/CD and security-by-design.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering and product design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience building Microservices, API Design, and Platform Development.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Product Management, and software engineering principles.
• Ability to deliver reusable capabilities like APIs and shared services.

Preferred Skills

• Financial services experience with regulatory and banking environment awareness.
• Experience with modernization programs including decomposition, cloud adoption, and legacy decommissioning.
• SRE operating practices including SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and resilience testing.
