Description

This role focuses on translating business needs into detailed functional requirements for product development.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and break them down into accurate user stories and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Contribute to design discussions with software developers, including solutions architects.
• Interact with customers to define requirements, creating business process flows and wireframes.
• Lead reviews of operations documentation and review test cases for quality assurance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodology and the SDLC process.
• Experience using Jira for story management (fix version, EPIC links).
• Proficiency in creating screens and wireframes using Figma.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Understanding of DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, and AWS Lambda is required.
• Strong ability to communicate and present technical documentation to non-technical clients.
