You will analyze product performance and customer data to drive feature prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL and Python to clean, process, and manipulate large datasets for analysis.
• Analyze service and customer data to uncover trends and provide end-to-end insights.
• Develop clear dashboards in Looker or Databricks to support product decision-making.
• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests to answer key business questions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to define metrics and align work with product priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Proficiency with Python and Pandas for data manipulation.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on customer impact.
• Knowledge of autonomous vehicle operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
