Description

You will own the product lifecycle from inception through production within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive product delivery through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to define data architecture and technology infrastructure.
• Partner with internal analytics teams to build next-generation reporting infrastructure and self-service capabilities.
• Develop credit data marts and supporting technology infrastructure for reporting and analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst managing cross-functional business systems initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and database management.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
• Background in data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), data architecture, or data integration.
• Knowledge of financial services systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a quantitative discipline (economics, finance, mathematics, or statistics).
• Ability to identify user needs, prototype solutions, and apply a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Tableau visualization tools.
