Description

You will manage digital content delivery and product operationalization using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You own the release pipeline, dependency management, and compliance documentation for product launches.

Responsibilities

• Author, enter, and manage digital content in AEM, ensuring alignment with approved standards and ADA conformance.
• Support delivery processes including intake, release management, and product operationalization.
• Analyze and resolve content-related and technical issues to ensure seamless user experience.
• Document blockers, impediments, and adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage dependencies, timelines, and resource availability.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and XML for front-end content structure.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Background in product management or project management methodologies.
• Understanding of digital content management workflows and deployment processes.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and manage change across functional partners.
