Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of product release and deployment processes, experience with collaboration and communication tools, advanced understanding of Alvaria eWorkforce Management platform practices and procedures, proven experience in developing and optimizing Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models using industry-standard frameworks, experience working in large call center or multi-site environments with forecasting and scheduling capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and delivery feasibility decision-making while identifying efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to change management activities across functional partners and document adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Document blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability coordination.
• Collaborate with Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners for managing dependencies and timelines.
• Partner with Consumer & Community Bank Operations Workforce Planning to develop strategies achieving customer and financial objectives.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunity areas and make strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
• Design and communicate documentation to deploy Workforce Planning efficiency tools driving operating efficiency across operations.
• Establish and maintain foundational protocols needed to support comprehensive Workforce Planning activities.
• Ensure controls over Workforce Planning activities by developing exception-based analytical tools to drive timely action.
• Design and configure the Workforce Management platform structure of Alvaria application and related modules.

Experience Required: Minimum two years of experience in product management, project management, or relevant domain area. Demonstrated experience in operational management and change readiness workstreams. Ability to analyze and interpret metric performance into business insights.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred OR 3+ years' experience working in large call center, multi-site, or similar environments
