Description

Support product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and operationalization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, dependency tracking, and release coordination while identifying efficiency improvements.
• Document blockers, impediments, and adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional partner engagement.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunity areas and make strategic recommendations.
• Design and configure the Alvaria Workforce Management platform structure and related modules.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in product management or project management.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret metric performance into business insights.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and communication.
• Knowledge of change management activities and operational management.
• Experience with Alvaria eWorkforce Management platform.
• Understanding of product release and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing or optimizing AI/ML models using industry-standard frameworks.
• Background in large call center or multi-site environments with forecasting and scheduling.
