Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for environmental product compliance, energy efficiency, and end-of-life responsibilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans to ensure compliance with product environmental standards and directives.
• Manage and interpret complex datasets to evaluate regulatory impact and support decision-making.
• Analyze and communicate regulatory trends and positions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Address requirements for product compliance information and develop communication strategies for customers.
• Present compliance program strategies to decision-makers to secure enterprise-wide support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Development Engineering organization.
• Deep knowledge of environmental regulations including RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Ecodesign, and PFAS.
• Proven experience managing projects related to environmental regulations and sustainability.
• Ability to conduct complex data analysis on large, varied datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Experience in new product development and utilizing standard product development processes.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in MS Power BI, SQL, Python, and Data Visualization.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems in an operational setting.
