Description

You will lead the design process for complex enterprise and SaaS products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure efficient design delivery and execution.
• Build close working relationships with engineering teams to bridge the gap between design and development.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale with confidence to stakeholders.
• Manage your own workflow independently to meet delivery milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven mastery of UX/UI craft for complex enterprise-level or SaaS products.
• Demonstrated experience working alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• Ability to provide a portfolio containing specific Enterprise or SaaS case studies.
• Experience navigating the complexities of B2B software environments over consumer-facing apps.
• Strong ability to work self-driven and independently.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
