Description

Lead design strategy and execution for enterprise products while managing and mentoring a team of 3 to 5 Product Designers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee design delivery across multiple products and teams.
• Guide and coach Product Designers on craft and process.
• Collaborate directly with Product Managers and Engineers to drive delivery.
• Manage stakeholders up, across, and down the organization.
• Apply product thinking to solve complex problems before moving to execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design or design management.
• Proven experience managing and leading design teams.
• Deep experience working with complex enterprise-level or SaaS products.
• Strong product thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work hands-on with engineering and product teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
