Description

You will lead user-centered design processes to create intuitive product solutions through all stages of development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end design tasks including flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.
• Partner with product management and engineering to gather specifications and ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct workshops and cross-functional design sessions to facilitate requirement gathering.
• Validate design concepts by testing prototypes with end users and refining based on feedback.
• Advocate for accessibility, quality, and ease of use across the entire product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies and research applications.
• Experience creating content templates, samples, and design guidelines.
• Ability to work independently while determining the best approach to accomplish complex tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Network or Security domains.
• Experience delivering and defending design presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor colleagues with less experience.
