Description

Design and optimize conversational experiences and machine-to-human interactions.

Responsibilities

• Visualize conversation logic through structured flow diagrams and transform them into workflows within conversational AI tools.
• Develop comprehensive design specifications and complex dialog flows.
• Write creative, user-centric conversational scripts and implement adjustments based on data-driven insights.
• Analyze conversational data, user behavior, and feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align designs with overall user experience.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in designing and optimizing conversational experiences.
• Understanding of natural language and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to grasp post-purchase domains and chatbot priorities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Engineering, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, English, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of UX design, user research, and service design.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of design tools such as Voiceflow and Dialogflow.
• Understanding of the scope and limitations of LLMs like ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with chatbots, voice-enabled devices, or other conversational channels.
