Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma and FigJam.
• Develop designs for React Native mobile applications and responsive web platforms.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility and usability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in product design.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Experience designing for React Native and responsive web platforms.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the energy domain or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with motion design or interactive prototypes.
