Description

Lead end-to-end product design for agentic AI and Gen AI tools, owning the journey from discovery and user research through to production-ready specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces and UX flows for multi-agent systems, conversational data exploration, and automated reporting dashboards.
• Define transparency and trust patterns for AI-driven experiences, ensuring users understand system decisions and can correct outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a design system for the Decisioning practices AI product suite to ensure consistent visual and interaction patterns.
• Conduct user research with internal media teams and client stakeholders to map workflows, identify pain points, and validate design decisions.
• Prototype and test interaction models for agent-to-human handoff, error recovery, and multi-step automated workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped B2B or data-heavy products.
• Proven expertise in complex workflow design, data visualization, and enterprise UX at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
• Experience designing AI/ML-powered products, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research in enterprise B2B environments, including stakeholder interviews and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, and information hierarchy.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create client-facing presentation materials, demos, and visual assets that communicate tool capabilities.
• Experience designing onboarding flows and training materials to accelerate adoption of new AI tools.
