Description

You will partner with systems and software engineers to align on requirements and drive product launches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and JAD sessions to document personas, pain points, and objectives.
• Define and document use cases and requirements, ensuring traceability and adherence to best practices.
• Map and optimize processes using Swim Lane Diagrams and Value Stream Maps (VSMs).
• Create product visuals, prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and design boards to demonstrate functionality.
• Perform usability testing, heuristic reviews, and application testing to validate requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and interactive design tools.
• Strong background in user research methods including interviews, surveys, and observation.
• Experience with usability testing techniques such as A/B testing and use case walk-throughs.
• Ability to create Swim Lane Diagrams and Value Stream Maps (VSMs).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
