Description

Design user-centered solutions through research, prototyping, and visual design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and improve user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to identify needs and validate concepts.
• Create evidence-based wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using established design systems and pattern libraries.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and design reviews to align on problems, solutions, and interaction patterns.
• Document and socialize usability findings, presenting insights and recommendations to product managers and engineers.
• Develop reusable, scalable design assets that integrate with developer workflows and maintain brand consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or agency settings.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Miro for design and collaboration.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual fundamentals (typography, color, composition).
• Experience planning and executing usability studies, user interviews, and surveys.
• Ability to translate research data into actionable design decisions and clear documentation.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Experience working within agile development processes and collaborating with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in applying AI technology to enhance scalable design capabilities and user outcomes.
