Design visual styles, interfaces, and interaction flows for applications and digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes that adhere to established design system patterns.
Conduct UX research using heuristic reviews, user interviews, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
Translate business rules and assets into UX systems, navigational flows, and enterprise solutions.
Collaborate with developers in agile environments to ensure effective implementation of responsive, adaptive, and accessible interfaces.
Manage and communicate project status, risks, and feedback to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a UX practitioner in user experience or interaction design.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC.
Strong expertise in creating wireframes and visual mockups.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and current web/app design trends.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including moderated and unmoderated testing.
Ability to design responsive, adaptive, and accessible interfaces.
Advanced analytical skills for solving complex data problems and implementing sustainable solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Library Sciences, or a related discipline.
