Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes adhering to established design systems.
• Conduct UX research using heuristic reviews, user interviews, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
• Translate business rules and assets into UX systems, navigational flows, and responsive interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers in agile environments to ensure effective implementation of accessible designs.
• Manage and communicate project status, risks, and feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX practitioner in user experience or interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong expertise in creating wireframes and visual mockups.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and current web/app design trends.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including moderated and unmoderated testing.
• Ability to design responsive, adaptive, and accessible interfaces.
• Advanced analytical skills for solving complex data problems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Visual Design, Library Sciences, or a related discipline.
