You own end-to-end design solutions for key product features, from research through implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for key features, ensuring high-quality execution and clear requirements.
• Create data visualizations that transform complex business intelligence into actionable insights.
• Partner with product managers to define success metrics and validate design decisions through user research and usability testing.
• Apply and extend the design system while exploring AI-enhanced interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency with AI design tools such as Cline, V0, or Claude.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
