Description

You will design end-to-end product experiences, owning the process from research and strategy to high-fidelity prototypes and implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create journey maps, service blueprints, and high-fidelity designs using established design systems.
• Champion human-centered design by integrating data, research insights, and technical constraints into solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to align customer needs with strategic goals.
• Present design decisions and artifacts to cross-functional audiences, articulating the rationale behind complex interactions.
• Navigate technical limitations and emerging technologies to deliver scalable, data-heavy solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, results, and impact.
• Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record working with established design systems.
• Experience designing for heavily regulated, data-intensive problem spaces.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
