Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for digital products, from initial research to high-fidelity prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and technical limitations into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform site maps, customer journey maps, and user stories.
• Design responsive, mobile-first interfaces optimized for a wide range of devices.
• Iterate on designs through user testing, A/B testing, and heuristic analysis to resolve user pain points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate product vision and communicate design decisions effectively.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of UX design experience.
• Proficiency in UX design, user testing, and A/B testing.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and heuristic analysis.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and design thinking principles.
• Ability to manage usability and accessibility concerns.
• Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Competency in mobile-first and responsive design workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
