Description

You will drive the strategic direction and design approach for user-focused solutions by translating complex business needs into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create, iterate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Conduct user research to identify problems and validate design decisions through data.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to navigate roadblocks and meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers and provide thoughtful feedback on product thinking and interaction design.
• Support design leaders in building quarterly roadmaps and breaking down projects into sprints.
• Present design work and strategic approaches to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Experience building prototypes that communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
• Proven ability to contribute to and work within design systems.
• Strong grasp of visual craft, including composition, typography, and layout.
• Experience working within agile team processes and iterative product development.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and move quickly from concept to high-fidelity execution.
• Experience communicating design decisions to customers and key stakeholders.
• Systems thinking approach for both online and offline experiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product management tools.
• Background in cross-functional partnership with Engineering and Customer Success.
