Description

You will design and enhance ecommerce platforms, creating efficient user experiences and maintaining consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly ecommerce platforms optimized for mobile and desktop viewing.
• Own key ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, bounce rate, customer acquisition cost, and average order value.
• Utilize attribution modeling and journey mapping to analyze customer behavior and improve the shopping experience.
• Conduct user research and implement A/B testing to refine design elements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years focused on UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Expertise in UI/UX, UED, and Web Design.
• Data-driven approach using analytical abilities to monitor website performance.
• Proven experience in ecommerce design and a strong understanding of industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in web design, UX/UI design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodology.
