Description

You will lead end-to-end product design for Merchant Finance, Tax, and Reporting initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from user flows and wireframes to polished UI and interaction models.
• Define solutions for complex, ambiguous problem spaces using structured design methodologies.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide detailed design specs and development support to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• Expertise in Figma and design system management.
• Strong proficiency in UI design and interaction design.
• Proven ability to translate complex workflows into clean, user-friendly experiences.
• Experience leading design work independently across multiple product surfaces.
• Ability to articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Skill in wireframing and creating consistent interaction patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing tools for finance, tax, data visualization, or reporting.
• Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B product design.
• Comfort running design sprints and rapid prototyping sessions.
