Description

You will design print and digital educational solutions aligned with end-user needs and market requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product discovery and user testing to inform design decisions.
• Document technical requirements and write user stories for educational programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with school districts to support ongoing research.
• Coordinate with research sites to track progress, organize feedback, and troubleshoot issues.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and vendors to ensure project delivery on schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience in product discovery and user testing.
• Ability to document technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners and research sites.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Proficiency with Confluence.
• Proficiency with Slack.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
