Description

You will lead product design efforts from initial concept through to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the design system by crafting reusable components and guidelines.
• Own product design workflows to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to validate design decisions and understand user behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate on product designs.
• Mentor team members and share design best practices within the community.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong skills in data analytics to drive design insights.
• Proven experience in Product Design and User Interface Design.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user advocacy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile product development environment.
